On 1/1/2019,  our beloved Brian found peace after an epic 3 1/2 year cancer battle.  Brian was a selfless man who was more generous than anyone I know.  Whether is was money, skills or time, Brian was always there.  His smile was contagious and others were drawn to him wherever he went.  He loved his family more than anything and was an amazing husband to Nicole and father to Belle and Xander.  All those who met him are very lucky.

Everytime I saw Brian over the past 3 1/2 years, he had a smile on his face.  He stayed positive through the surgery's, treatments and bad days.  He fought hard but also trusted God's plan.  He is missed every day by many. 

As hard as it is for the family to greet each day without Brian it’s even harder when you have to worry about medical bills and other expenses.  There has been an outpouring of support for Brian’s family and many have asked how they can help.  Here is your chance.  Please consider a donation of any size to help the Hoernke family.  I don’t care how big or small, it all helps.  I hope to meet this goal and much more.  Nicole has asked for nothing but has given her blessing when some of her close friends approached her with the idea.
