Hocking Family Support

Hey everyone, I wanted to create this page to help support the Hockings in this time of uncertainty with Ryne's health. Here is some info of what is going on from Megan:

For the past week or so, Ryne has been dealing with symptoms from what we (and urgent care doctors) are assuming is a tick bourne illness. He was placed on antibiotics a week ago and they helped for a few days but then his symptoms started to get worse again. On Friday we took him to the ER because he couldn’t speak or think clearly, he had a fever, and was very dehydrated. After some tests in Hancock, He was transferred to the hospital in Marquette and will be here for the next few days at least while their infectious disease team runs more intensive tests to try and get to the bottom of all this and decide what the next steps will be. This illness has caused severe disorientation, confusion, and Ryne is very out of it and mostly unaware of what is going on. Please pray for his full and complete healing, for me as I am here in the hospital trying to support him, and for peace for the kids while they are with family. Thank you for all the prayers and support so far; It is so greatly appreciated.

My prayer and hearts hope is that we can surround this wonderful family in support and love, as they face the road ahead of potential medical expenses/Ryne potentially being off of work to help his body heal. If you're unable to give, please continue to wrap them up in love and prayer. We have a good God, and he is the ultimate healer!
