Help Us grow our program and keep it affordable for all children!
Dear friends and family,
We hope this message finds you in good health and high spirits. As proud members of the Canadian Ball Hockey Association, we are reaching out to our amazing ball hockey community for support.
Ball Hockey is more than just a game to us. Our Hockey Buds program was designed for children 3 to 13 yrs of age.
The purpose of our program and leagues is to develop friendships, teamwork, interest in the sport of Ball hockey and to promote literacy in a fun way. Our Program will help children develop basic ball hockey skills while at the same time teaching listening, following instructions, attention, focus and various motor skills.
However, due to the current financial market, it has been tough in regards to financial resources. From insurance, rentals, staffing, equipment and various fees required to run our program/leagues, the costs quickly add up. That's why we are excited to commence this fundraising drive, and we need your assistance to make it a success! In an attempt to help raise extra funds to offsets organizational costs without impacting our registration fees [which we aim to keep as low as possible], we have begun our fundraising. These extra sources of funds for our program will go towards keeping costs down [allowing us to keep registration fees where they currently are], hiring extra staff [administration], and purchasing much-needed equipment and supplies.
By contributing to our fundraising efforts, you will directly impact the lives of our young players and help us to continue to offer an affordable program for children.
Your contribution, no matter the amount, will make a difference in the lives of these young athletes and our community as a whole.
Every dollar counts! Funds will be allocated toward offsetting future costs of our program.
