Hello friends and family! My team and I are creating another Hobo Circus passion project, an experimental film. We are attempting to fundraise for this small art piece in hopes to bring you another enchanting story.
I absolutely realize and understand how the current times are extremely troublesome as well as crucially important on a much larger scale. I have been advocating continuously for the necessary and significant reform of our system and society, as well as our health as a species and this planet's.
By no means am I ignoring the heaviness of reality, but I do believe as artists we should continue to create and as people we should continue to enjoy such art.
Therefor, whatever we are able to graciously receive for this project, I am donating a percentage of it to "Pretty Brown Girl", centered on uplifting and providing counseling and care for young women of color, as well as "Woman Made", which supports and promotes the diverse contributions of all women in the arts.
The project:Titled HOME, a "coming of age" story portrayed in a surrealism world about a young girl who has to make a choice to leave her home and venture out in an unknown world, or stay where she knows, in the comforting constraint of the walls she's familiar with.
Any amount given is tremendously appreciated and of course will receive executive producer credit and first look at the final outcome.
