Hello,

I am currently fighting my HOA on having up temporary holiday decorations (e.g., pumpkins for Halloween, garage snowflake magnets). They are trying to bully me into taking them down, even though in the rules/regulations it says I'm allowed to have them up. My HOA president has slandered my name, making up lies to people in the community to turn them against me.

The HOA president has labeled the above decorations as "poor white trash" and has stated that these temporary decorations have "brought down property value" and that I have "trashed" my home.

She is also targeting me, as 4 other people have put out similar decorations, yet haven't been cited.

I do not intend to take down the temporary decorations until the holiday season is over. Like normal people.
