Help Us Get a Reliable Car for Medical Needs

My car fully died; it's not worth the cost of the fix, and I need a new car for medical reasons to get my mom and me to appointments. I have nothing; I'm barely getting by day by day. Things have been going wrong, one thing after another. I just need help, even though I don’t like asking, but my mom and I both mentally and physically can’t work, and we have a lot of medical stuff between both of us and multiple medical appointments we need to be able to get to. Anything helps. It seems like I can’t ever catch a break.
