help my disabled in-laws

Over the course of the past week, my in-laws have been targeted by a very tenacious vandal. They are both disabled and both are in poor health. As a result, they do not have any money to fix the situation they are being thrust into.

On Wednesday of last week, they came out to find dog crap smeared all over their handicap van, which they cleaned off. The next morning, they came out to find it sprayed all over with bright orange spray paint. Yesterday morning, they took the van in to have the paint removed and were given a rental van to use while they waited.

This morning, they came out to find that not only had the rental van been spray painted with the exact same orange spray paint, but now there was a pile of sugar next to the van near the gas tank. The police believe that the perpetrator was scared off by someone and that is why only one side was painted. They can't even move the van out now because of the sugar in the tank.

Not a single other car was vandalized in the same lot and the apartment complex has it written into the lease that they are not responsible for anything that happens to any tenant's car.

My father-in-law is a disabled vet who recently recovered from open heart surgery and we think he has cancer now, which he is going to be checked out for next week. My mother-in-law has early onset altzheimers. They need this van for doctor's visits and to get to and from the store. The person who keeps doing this has to be stopped.

Until then, however, money is needed to take care of the cars and their repairs. Neither myself, my wife, nor my in-laws have the money to take care of this. If people could help by contributing, we would appreciate it in the worst way. You would have our undying gratitude.
