Dave and Tara impacted so many people in a positive way. They were completely devoted to helping others and the betterment of lives. Tara was first to meet her savior in heaven and our Dad, son, brother/ (in law), and friend succumbed to his injuries 10 days after the accident. Dave & Tara were reunited in heaven and are currently having a reunion with their family & friends that have passed before them.
It's hard to tell Dave and Tara's story because it cannot be encapsulated in such a small amount of space. In tandem they walked through life together; very rarely would you ever see them apart. Their lives revolved around family, boating, grandkids, candy, dessert, and Hawaii.
On September 8th, 2015 Dave and Tara were hit by a car while riding their bicycles in Newberg, OR. Tara went to be with the Lord instantly, and Dave was airlifted to the hospital with extensive injuries. He followed Tara in the course of time after his family and friends were able to say goodbye. As the initial stages of grief begin, many of those who have loved and treasured this remarkable couple have asked for a way to support the family. In lieu of flowers and gifts, this page has been set up as a way to allow support of this profound couple and their family.
If you find it in your heart to give monetary gifts in this forum, please know first of all we appreciate your support. Secondly, 100% of the funds received will go to the celebration of their lives and whatever is remaining will be donated to charities close to Dave and Tara's heart.
