Jamielyn, AKA Jam, was due to deliver her third child in May.  On February 29th, she delivered with health complications. Evin was born premature and weighed 2.75 lbs. 

Evin was kept in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit for 5 weeks as doctors and nurses fought to save his life. However, Evin passed away last week. As you can imagine, medical bills and funerals are costly. If you can help ease this family’s financial burden, please do. Any amount helps.
