Support Ryan's Road to Recovery

Hello all, I am creating this GoFundMe on behalf of my younger brother Ryan and his family, Berenice and Daniel.

Ryan was in a motorcycle accident on the morning of December 12th on his way home from work. We are so very lucky to have him with us today and thank his guardian angels for allowing him to stay with us longer. During his accident, he broke both femurs, shattered a kneecap which will require replacement, broke his wrist, punctured a lung, has a broken rib, a laceration on his forehead, and other cuts and scrapes. All things that can be fixed and he can recover from.

Ryan was admitted to Banner University Hospital in Phoenix after the accident and will likely need continued long-term care at the hospital, rehab center, and at home.

Due to the significant injuries, Ryan will be out of work for a great period of time and will need continued support. Due to him not being able to work or pick up the overtime and due to Berenice having to miss work to support and care for Ryan, this will cause some financial stress for the family.

We have had many friends and family reach out asking how they can support the family. To help alleviate some of the financial burden and to allow Ryan and his family to focus on his recovery, we have decided to create a GoFundMe account. This would go towards Ryan's medical bills to include continued hospital stays, treatment, physical therapy, transportation to and from appointments, and whatever else is needed to aid in his recovery.

Ryan, Berenice, and Daniel are still navigating what is next, so please be respectful of that. Please send thoughts, prayers and extra hugs his way.

We are hoping that he will be able to move to a rehab facility within the next week to focus on his recovery.
