Hey everyone , all who knows me , knows Im not one to put all my business on public. I ask for prayers and know God has my back and will make a way for me to come out on top.

As many of you see me ask for prayers often this is one thing going on in my life .

This is very very difficult to ask I'm reaching out to all avenues I know.

My ex husband who you may know Gregg I divorced him due to a very toxic,narcissistic, abusive marriage ... has decided 7yrs later that he wants to fight me for custody of both the boys .

I know they are at an age where they can pretty much decide where they want to be, that being said Gage has no desire to go there on a permanent basis. , but of course ,no kids wants to hurt their parents feelings.

Gavin wants to be with his dad more now and he's of age I can't do much about that, even though I don't agree that that's the best place for him as Gregg doesn't parent but wants to be a friend and allow many things parents shouldn't.

Since I've been served with these papers I have to get an attorney and respond. I have attended mediation with Greg recently and we didn't agree unfortunately as he wants modification of child support and custody of the boys.

I told him with Gavin wanting to stay with him i would adjust the child support and us just keep custody the way it is. As over all these years i have always tried to accommodate any extra time him and the kids have asked for. He wouldn't agree .

I have asked Gage about this and he has said he likes being home with me at night and doesn't want to live with his dad fulltime so that tells me I need to fight for my kids .

With me being a single parent living pay check to pay check and picking up side jobs just to survive with the crazy economy and rising prices. I have no money for an attorney .I have no credit cards or no way to take a loan out on my own, due to debt .

I'm reaching out to ask anyone that can help in any way to please give any amount that you can! If you can't give I ask for many prayers .

If I could find an attorney to work with me on a payment plan that would be ideal but they all want 350 plus to just have an hour consultation to decide if they are a good fit for my case , then to retain them and prepare for trial they say its going to run around 8,000 they want that all up front:(

I'm asking for help

Many of you don't know ask the trauma i went through with my ex husband , and I'm not sure why he continues to try to make my life miserable but he tries, mostly the reasoning I'm sure is he doesn't want to pay child support anymore. It's not about the best interest of the kids as it never has been for him.

Gavin's old enough to drive so it will be still No responsibility for him if the boys live their as he gets Gavin to drive Gage everywhere.

Greg has never even taken the kids to a doctors appointment but now wants custody of both kids. I could go on but Like I said im reaching all avenues of anyone that can help with the cost of an attorney, I would be forever grateful.
