Hi, my name is Leighann, and I’m writing this with a heavy heart to ask for help for our sweet family dog, Benji.

Benji isn’t just a pet—she’s family. She’s been by our side through everything, offering unconditional love, joy, and protection. Most importantly, she’s been a loyal companion and guardian to my mawmaw. The bond they share is something truly special. Benji has always sensed when we needed comfort, and she’s never left our side.

Recently, we received heartbreaking news—Benji has been diagnosed with cancer.

Despite her diagnosis, Benji continues to fight with strength and love in her heart. She still lights up when she sees us and does her best to stay strong for us we are heartbroken knowing that she is sick and we don’t have the financial resources to help her.

Her treatment will include ongoing vet visits, medications, and possibly surgery—costs that are quickly becoming overwhelming for our family. We want to give Benji the fighting chance she deserves, to return even a fraction of the love she’s given us all these years.
