Help with bills

Hi friends,
I'm here to ask for some help which isn't easy for me to do. We've been going through a really bad financial time and are struggling to just pay the bills. We have two mini schnauzers, Zoey & Levi. Back in September they both got violently ill. I pulled them from their food and fed them chicken and rice for a few days. Levi (who is 3) seemed to bounce back but Zoey (who is 9) didn't. It fell over the weekend and she was so sick I took her to the ER late Sunday night. They wanted to charge me $700 just to give her fluids and do xrays. I didn't have the money so I opted for fluids and pain meds and took her home, seeing she was still active and not lethargic. The next morning I took her into my vet on an emergency charge. They ran all kinds of blood work, did xrays, gave her fluids, and took a stool sample. We found out she had coccidia. The Dr. treated her and also sent meds home for Levi. They both did well and were put back on their food. A couple weeks later Zoey woke up shaking terribly, couldn't jump on the couch and wasn't acting like herself. Back to the vet we went on yet another emergency charge. They did blood work, it came back fine and they sent me home not really knowing what was going on. The next day I just had a gut feeling so I took her back in (another emergency charge) to see one of the other vets that worked there. This Dr. did some more extensive blood work and a urine test. Zoey had a UTI and crystals. She was sent home with meds for almost 2 weeks. Then, about a couple weeks after that Zoey started hacking and coughing whenever she would bark. This went on for about 3-4 days over a weekend, I took her in to the vet and they did xrays of her chest and throat. She had bronchtis and a touch of pnuemonia. Sent her home with antibiotics and a brochodialator which she will be on long term and I have to buy at the local pharmacy. Also we've been fighting fleas for a few months, flea drops, baths, cleaning, you name it. Levi ended up getting tape worm (although the initial test came back negative). He lost some weight but was hungry all the time. They put him on a dewormer. He's gained a pound back but I have to take him back in for a recheck. So, it's been one thing after another with my dogs and that's just the small portion of everything. My husband and I both lost our jobs. He was a self employed truck driver and I worked for him from home. Over a yr ago came down with vertigo and couldn't drive or work. After two months and six Drs, we finally got a proper diagnosis. His inner ear on the right side was pretty much gone and that was affecting his right eye. His eye muscle was gone as a result. He went through 2 months of physical therapy to get his eye strengthened and it worked.... for a while anyway. On Jan 29th of 2014 I had major back surgery. He took off work for 3 weeks to care for me. I was in a back brace for 4 months and just finished up 6 months of PT in November. Paul went back to work 3 weeks after my surgery and the vertigo came on him again. This time PT didn't help, it didn't go away. So... we had a decision to make. He sold his KW and flatbed and decided to open up a Powder Coating shop with the money we got from his truck. We've had little to no income since Feb. We've been borowing money from family and friends to stay afloat. It's now come down to we are being forced to move from my house I've lived in for 22 yrs and move into a tiny trailer that needs to be totally redone to make livable. We have to be out of my house end of this month. My dogs will also be losing their big fenced in back yard. Our business just opened 2 months ago and it's been a slow struggle. Paul worked 8 months on the building to get it ready. Our credit cards are maxed out and I found out just today we are losing our health insurance because we can't afford the premiums anymore. They have doubled. When my dogs were sick I paid for their care on a credit card and that is maxed out. If something should happen to them I have no way to pay for their care. I've lost 10 lbs due to not much food in the house, but rest assured my dogs eat before we do. This is why I'm asking for help. I just want to get the vet card paid down in case I should need it again for my dogs and we also need $$ to put up a fenced in area for my dogs where we are moving to. If you need my vet info I will give it to you by request. Sorry this is so long, but there's really no short version to tell our story. Any donation will be greatly appreciated and no amount is too small. If you can't donate, please say prayers we get through this mess. Thank you and I hope you all have a happy holiday and Merry Christmas. Also, if some of you aren't comfortable donating on this site, you can donate by paypal. My email address is : [email redacted]
