Logan's Surgery Fund

Today is my nephew Logan Galindo’s 16th birthday and he hasn’t been pain free or able to go to school since he was 11 years old.  He has been dealing with chronic daily migraines 24 hours a day (which is an extremely rare condition), 7 days a week for over 4 years keeping him out of school and soccer because of the severe sound sensitivity this daily pain brings him. 

Logan's mom and dad have taken him to every doctor possible around the country and have researched many different possibilities as to what could help stop the pain. After countless doctors and hospital stays, nothing has worked until we found Dr. Amirlak, in Dallas Texas. Dr. Amirlak performs migraine surgeries by nerve decompression. This surgery is not covered by insurance and he will need one more surgery after investigating a few other avenues. The first surgery has definitely helped decrease Logan’s pain for short periods of time throughout the day, which is the first sign of anything working to date. 

We pray with one more surgery, Logan can hopefully return to being a normal teenager and head back to school with his friends. They need our help to get Logan the second surgery he needs to free him of his daily pain.
