Hi everyone,

I’m reaching out as one of Beth’s closest friends, and someone who has had the privilege of witnessing firsthand the strength, faith, and love she and Taylor pour into everything they do — especially now, as they prepare to welcome their baby boy, Brooks, into the world.

Recently, their lives changed forever when they received the heartbreaking news that Brooks has been diagnosed with Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome (HLHS) — a critical heart condition that will require multiple open-heart surgeries, starting just days after he’s born.

Right now, they should be decorating a nursery and picking out onesies — not planning for complex surgeries, relocating for specialized care, or bracing for the emotional and financial toll this diagnosis brings. But through it all, they’ve shown nothing but courage, grace, and unwavering hope.

As their friend, I wanted to create this space where we can all show up for them — through donations, prayers, and shares. Every bit of support will help cover:

• High-risk delivery at a specialized heart center

• Infant cardiac surgeries and NICU stays

• Travel, lodging, and loss of income

• The peace of mind they need to focus on Baby Brooks

They didn’t ask for this — but I know they would never ask for help either. So I’m asking for them.
