Medical fund for Jacob Baker

Jacob is a 2015 Richland Center high school graduate and a first year student at the UW Richland, he recently hit a few bumps in the road and needs our help.
He was admitted to the UW hospital in Madison about a month ago and found out he needs surgery and was placed on the heart transplant list. As you can imagine the medical bills are never ending. Any and all donations would be greatly appreciated and will go towards these bills.
