Samantha’s Surgery

My beautiful 13-year-old niece Samantha (“Sammie”) is having a major surgery on September 9th to correct very severe scoliosis of her spine. She is an amazing, talented swimmer, an outstanding student, and a wonderful young lady with a heart of gold.

Sammie and her family live in northern Kentucky, but her surgery will take place in New Jersey by a surgeon who is very experienced in a special technique to correct scoliosis. Insurance will cover a small part of the cost, but there is still an enormous amount ($75,000) that my brother and his wife must pay out of pocket. 

Any amount you could donate would be tremendously helpful and appreciated to help ease this huge financial burden for Sammie and her family.
