Maria was a mom, a wife, a friend, an artist, a creator, a beloved small business owner, and a confidant to many. She found the love of her life in David, and together they were raising two amazing young men, Mark, 11 and Matthew, 13.

On the night of David and Maria’s 7 year wedding anniversary, Maria suffered a brain aneurysm. Maria was rushed to the hospital where she was immediately put on life-support. Her fighting spirit once again shined through as she continued to breath on her own spontaneously for the first 24-hours.

As the next 48 hours passed, it became more apparent that the brain bleeding and swelling was too much to fight.

On Thursday, October 6th, the news that Maria would not be coming back to us was received. We’ve created this fund to support her loving and devoted husband and grieving boys as they navigate this unimaginable and sudden loss.
