On the 5th of August 2021, my Mam unfortunately passed away after an incredibly valiant 5 year battle with Motor Neurone Disease.

On the 2nd of November, we’ve arranged a lil charity afternoon in aid of the MND Association, on what would’ve been her 58th birthday. Pop your head in, we’ll have cake, tea and coffee, beef dips & a prize draw with some lush prizes to be won!

MND is a progressive disease that gradually causes the motor neurones to stop working, resulting in muscle weakness, loss of motor skills, ability to speak, swallow, and breathe. There is currently no cure, though the treatments available do contribute to a better quality of life for those affected.
