Save The Farm

Hi most of my online friends know me as Fern Woods it's an online ID I've had for over 20 years. With that being said this is what's happening in my life any help would be much appreciated.

I'm writing a very long post. I'm hoping that if you start reading you read to the end.

I set here in tears trying to figure out how to save my little farm. I have been blessed to have met an amazing woman, who has taken out a land loan and dipped into her 401K. The final hurdle is the silly fees for the loan and closing costs. I saw today on Facebook, she's selling some of her personal possessions to raise the final 12,000.00 needed to close this deal.

A little background on me. I am 65 years old and have lived on this property for 10 years. I raise Kinder goats at the end of April we had a barn fire, killing 9 does and 21 kids. Thirty-six days later my other half one week after his 70th birthday dies while giving the goats treats of blackberry brush.

We chose to not be married and I don't know why he chose to leave his affairs in such a mess, but he did. Now his kids are being forced to sell in order to settle the estate.

If this property can't be saved I will be left with no where to go and have to loose everything I've worked so hard for. The goats I lost would have had a value of 8,000 plus. That will take several years to replace.

I've never asked for this kind of help before but I'm at a loss as to where to go. If there's anyone or everyone who can help Please PM me. The wonderful person who has done So Much already was hoping I knew someone who could give her a personal loan for the 12,000.00 unfortunately I do not.
