Help Elizabeth get a new wheelchair

Elizabeth is a 6 (almost 7) years old girl who has been diagnosed with Spinal Muscular Atrophy when she was 11 months old.

She has been using a special wheelchair to be able to live her full life like every other kids.

Today, like every 4-5 years depending on her growth, Elizabeth has to change this special wheelchair to a bigger one.

Please, help Elizabeth to get this really essential equipment so she can be as mobile as possible.
