Anyone who has been to Southwest Florida knows it is a special place with so many special people. Unfortunately, our family, friends and countless others in Fort Myers and the surrounding area have been displaced from their homes, have had their possessions destroyed, and the community they've called home for decades forever changed. So many lives were uprooted in less than 24 hours, and they have a long road ahead with many unanswered questions.

After living through 9/11 and Hurricane Sandy here in NY, we know how the long, arduous rebuilding process can be made a little easier when fellow American rise up to lend a hand. With this in mind, we want to do our part to help the people of Southwest Florida rebuild their lives brick by brick.

This collection will go directly to our family members and friends who lost their homes as well as most of their belongings; Jean and Patrick Farrell, Kathy and Barry Brindise and Matt and Dana McCarron. They can use the contributions to rebuild and replenish what was lost.
