Hello friends, family, and community,

I never thought I’d find myself writing something like this and asking for help—but here I am. For the past five years, I worked with CORE (Community Organized Relief Effort), where I had the privilege of providing COVID and Mpox vaccinations, HIV testing, and health resources to the LGBTQ+ community and underserved populations. Unfortunately, at the start of this year, I lost my job when funding was eliminated for these vital programs.

Since then, I’ve been pressing forward—actively job hunting, interviewing, and taking on contract work wherever possible. My current contract is ending soon, and I have not yet secured a permanent position. While I remain confident that the right opportunity is coming, I need a little help covering essentials like rent, food, and bills in the meantime.
