HYROX WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS

Inaya and myself recently competed in the HYROX Fitness Racing Competition in Melbourne. HYROX is a global fitness race. Participants from all around the world compete in the exact same format. It involves an 8km running race, split up every 1km with eight different workouts: 1000m Ski, Sled Push 12.5m x 4 Sled Pull 12.5m x 4, 80m Burpee Broad Jumps, 1000m Row, 200m Framers Carry, 100m Weighted Lunges, 75 Wall Balls.

We participated in the doubles comp together and placed 5th overall out of 274 pairs.

Our placing and overall time has qualified us to compete at the world championships held in France, June 2024.

We are so excited with the opportunity and are looking for some support to help fund the expenses of the trip.
