I’m raising money for my friend whose cat, Oliver, needs very important surgery. Oliver has a birth defect that has caused his tail to bunch and causes him extreme pain. Within the past few weeks, his condition has gotten worse, and his owner was told that this could be life or death. We’re trying to be able to help with the surgery bills and to help pay off the bills already behind on for Oliver.
