Heart failure

Hi my name Noel I am in need of assistance due to my present health conditions ,recently I was diagnosed with heart failure which has limited my mobility and had required the placement of stents in my heart!(7) if it were not for the stents my mobility would be none.

But a callous under my foot has made matters worst and has required vascular surgery for now I'm literally stagnant and due to meds and not being able to work my medical bills and personal bills have gone out of control now the bills have become astronomical and your assistance is highly

Appreciated I'm still at at the medical facility for a few more weeks as the foot heals!thank you for your well wishes and help PS say hi to the doggos!
