Our friends Kara and Mike learned over a week ago that Mike is battling Acute Leukemia. He is already undergoing immediate and intense treatment at NCH Baker and will be in the hospital for at least another two weeks and will continue treatments thereafter.  Kara is by Mike's side full-time caring for him and unable to work. They have a long road ahead of them. We want to help in the ways that will be most efficient and effective.  
A GO-FUNDME account is available to assist them with any financial expenses that may need help with.  Your thoughtfulness and caring is already being felt by Kara and Mike. 


There are also other ways that have been helpful, such as people have arranged a Rudy Dog Walking schedule and others will be helping with Kara and Mike's move at the end of the month.
