Replacement violin bow for Greg

My brother has the honor of being a featured soloist with the University of Manitoba Symphony Orchestra on December 1st. In his preparation for this major performance, he took his violin bow to a bow maker to make sure it was in perfect condition. After the bow had been assessed and repaired, a friend picked his bow up for him, brought it to his music school, and left it safely in a locked violin storage room for him to pick up. In the ten minutes between his bow being dropped off and him picking it up, someone caused catastrophic damage to his bow, and it is now deemed unrepairable and unusable. His bow was worth over $3000, and he needs money to replace it, as he is a post-secondary student and has little money. Please help so that he can have a good quality bow for his major performance.
