Steve's Great North Run for HITS Foodbank in Devon

I'm doing the Great North Run Half Marathon between Newcastle, over the Tyne bridge, to South Shields on Sunday 8th September.

I volunteer as a driver for HITS Foodbank every week.

HOMELESS IN TEIGNBRIDGE SUPPORT: We are a food bank in the centre of Newton Abbot in Devon. We are all unpaid volunteers and provide food crisis packs, hygiene packs, baby and pet packs, new household moving-in packs, help with essential services and travel, help with new white goods and good quality second-hand furniture and sometimes new furniture. Provide fresh produce, fruit; vegetables; dairy products, etc. bakery items, prepared sandwiches, pies, pasties, run a "coats 4 kids scheme", providing advocacy, mentoring, support.
