Hit & run accident; only car not drivable

Hi everyone. My car was involved in a hit and run accident while it was parked in front of my place of residence last night. The accident occurred overnight, and I woke up this morning to leave for work to find my car not drivable. The rear tire on the driver’s side is completely mangled along with the rim. It’s at an odd angle, so I’m not sure if the axle is also affected. If so, it might be basically totaled. There are scrapes and dents all along the sides (which I don’t care about as long as i have a running car), and the bumper is messed up. No note or information was left by whoever slammed into the car. I filed a report with the police department and updated my insurance company; however, I only have liability insurance, so they won’t cover anything unless i find out who committed the hit and run. The whole situation is really sad and unlucky. This is the only car that I have, so I need to figure this out quickly. I hate asking for help for myself, but any advice, mechanic help, or donation would be greatly appreciated. I’m not sure how much it will cost to fix it yet or what all will be involved.
