Hit N Run April 10th on Williams Ave in Portland OR

Hello, my name is Anson MacColl and I'm raising money for a new bike as mine was destroyed by a hit n run driver today April 10th at approximately 1:30 pm on Williams Ave. He was driving a Toyota Prius License plate 333-NQS. Heavier set, Mexican/native American looking 25-30 year old male with jaw length black/dark brown hair. Prius had duct tape on the front bumper with damage. Driver was going the wrong way on a one way street in the bike lane coming head on with me, he pulled to the side and said something along the lines of "I'll do what the f*ck I want." I circled back And asked what?? He replied, "I'll run you over." He was in the middle of a three point turn blocking vehicle traffic as he gunned it forward, running over my front wheel and proceeded to drag my bike down Williams approximately 2-3 blocks before stopping, reversing and made the next right at a high rate of speed. Multiple witnesses, pictures of the car, police report filed. Will add the case number to this page ASAP. Looking for justice. This guy should be in jail and never allowed to be behind the wheel again.

Cycling is my passion and one of my favorite things to do, even after previous crashes and set backs, I still love it! I won't let people like this ruin it for me. Cycling keeps me active and gets me out enjoying the sunshine. Please help me get back on the road enjoying what I love to do! I can't afford to replace my bike at this time, so anything helps! All donations will be used to replace my Dream Bike which is a 2018 Trek Emonda SL7 with DI2 Shifters, Hydraulic flat mount disc brakes, carbon frame, handlebars, wheels, etc. Some parts were custom and may not be able to be replaced but each donation is greatly appreciated and will be used exclusively to get me back on the road!
