Unfortunately, my family has been hit hard. Especially my grandparents.

North Fort Myers is one of the locations where the hurricane's eye touched down and where they live. First and foremost, my family is ok which is the most important thing. Although the hurricane is over though, you can only imagine how many of the hardships are not. My grandparents were hit the hardest. Because the flood waters hit over 4ft in their house, it was left in ruins, including the cars in the garage, and all their belongings. Everything was lost.

Today I'm sharing the story as insurance only takes you so far in repairing all of the damage that has been done. This page is to help support them during this challenging time. There is a long road ahead before they can get back to a sense of normalcy.
