Hit by a non-insured motorist.
- Hello.May 10th 2023,my family member (Michael Williams)was riding on his bicycle in Jacksonville,Florida.While he was turning on Phillips Highway to Emerson, an unisured motorist on a motorcyle hit my family member and left the scene. They believed he was dead.He was conscious lying motionless on the highway.The driver took off and was never arrested.My uncle has to undergo multiple surgeries.He lost several teeth out of his mouth.He doesnt have the funds to cover all of these surgeries.He currently has metal plates in him holding his waist together. The doctors did say he has a great chance of recovery,but will never walk the way he used to ever again.We are asking for any type of support for him.Thank you .
