Hit and run victim support for Rose Stevens

On March 20, 2021 at approximately 11:00PM my 60 year old mother was hit by a car as she was leaving Spinning Wheel bar on Broadway St. She was not drinking so stumbling out in front of the vehicle and it accidentally hitting her isn't plausible. To be honest, we aren't certain how it happened at all. We have seen video footage of the vehicle that hit her approaching at a high rate of speed and continuing Southbound down Broadway. My mother was transported to Covenant Medical Center in serious but stable condition. Upon her arrival we were told that her stats had dropped but they were able to recover them. Once the assessment was done we found out the extent of her injuries and were told she would need to be flown to Hurley or UofM for better care.
My mother is currently in the ICU on a ventilator due to 9 broken ribs, bruised lungs, and bleeding in her chest from damage to her Aorta. She also has a rod in her leg, screws in her ankle, a broken arm, and a dislocated shoulder. Aside from all of that her pelvis exploded inside of her causing bones to create issues to other tissues.
She is and has been sedated since Saturday evening due to the intensity of her injuries and will continue to be until after her next surgery. Her vitals are now stable and things are beginning to look up. Despite the progress she still has a long road of recovery ahead of her and will no longer be able to do her job as a home healthcare worker. This will leave financial strain on her and my father as they are now down to 1 income and to young to get retirement.
At this time we are reaching out to you wonderful people for financial support for the long road ahead. She will no doubt have to go through rehab and may possibly never be able to walk again which means we would need to build a ramp for her. They will also need help with paying bills and buying food because as I said they are now down to 1 income. If you could help my parents out; they as well as myself and my siblings, would greatly appreciate it.
