Hit and Run on Daughters wheelchair van

Our family hasonce again been struck with another set back. The insurance will cover the cost of repairs to the van ,but we have $1000.00 deductible. The van is used to transport our 12 year old daughter that is mostly confined to a wheelchair, as she has cerebral palsy. The other problem is, our family may be forced to use an accessible taxi for transportation to and from school, as well as all other outings, as a wheelchair accessible van is not available for rental while our daughters van is in for repairs.
