My uncle was ran over in his back alley behind his house by 3 ATV operators , they flipped their atv when they hit my uncle , flipped it back over and drove away leaving my uncle lying in the alley with two broken legs. These people have been terrorizing the city for days before this incident. It is illegal to drive ATVs on city roads and this is why. My uncle is a hard working father of a beautiful 4 yr old girl and he needs help paying medical bills due to this horrible accident by horrible people.
