Hit and Run Destroyed My Barbershop Beyond The Fade
Donation protected
Yesterday morning at 8AM, I got a phone call from one of my loyal customers that shook me to my core. They told me the front of my barbershop, Beyond the Fade, was completely destroyed.
I rushed over, and what I saw broke my heart.
A car had driven straight through the front of the shop—taking out the entire door and window. Glass and debris were everywhere. My place of work, my dream, was in ruins. And the worst part? It was a hit and run. The person responsible fled the scene, leaving behind nothing but destruction.
As if that wasn’t enough, just days before, on the 8th of June at 4:30 AM—another tragedy struck. I came into work early Sunday morning to find the padlock broken off the front door. It had been thrown through the side window. Someone had broken in. All of my products were stolen, my cash register smashed, doors damaged, and the side access was broken.
In just a few days, years of hard work were torn apart.
I've been a barber for 13 years, cutting hair around the world before finally opening Beyond the Fade 1.5 years ago. This shop isn’t just a business—it’s my dream, my livelihood, and a safe space I’ve created for the community. I’ve always stayed away from trouble and tried to bring something positive to the area.
Now I need your help.
I’m a small, family-run business with no big backup. Every dollar counts. Your support will help me rebuild what’s been destroyed—replace stolen equipment, repair the damage, and keep the dream alive.
Please show love to your local barbershop. Help me stand back up and keep serving the community.
With love and gratitude,
