Hispanic Caucus Scholarship
Donation protected
The Hispanic Caucus is an association of audiologists, speech-language pathologists, and speech and hearing scientists. We are an independent organization that is closely associated with the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). The group originated in March of 1992 and held its first meeting in November 1992 at the San Antonio, Texas Convention. Diversity is at the forefront of the Hispanic Caucus as we are a community of professionals who come from a variety of Hispanic and non-Hispanic backgrounds. Although we are a diverse group, we are united in our dedication to serve Hispanic people with communication disorders.
The Hispanic Caucus has established a graduate student scholarship to encourage leadership and excellence for those who share our mission. The ASHA Hispanic Caucus seeks your support in expanding our Scholarship Fund so we can continue to develop leaders of tomorrow. The scholarship aids graduate students in meeting tuition expenses, books, attendance at conferences, and other educational necessities.
