As we go into the season of family gatherings around fireplaces with fancy food, seasonal drinks, delicacies, generous gifts, smiles and laughter, let's take a moment to think of the kids that don't have that.
At this time we are in a state of emergency, and desperately in need of donations to provide food for the children. We are at an all-time low with supplies and now the children have nothing to eat and are going hungry. We are not sure how much longer this can last without being able to supply them with the nutrition they need before they start getting sick.
As little as $10 will help feed and clothe a child, and give them hope that someone cares.
If there was every a season to be giving, this is it. Christmas. The season of good will.

In Addition:
We are also still in need of donations for essential food and vitamin supplies for our chickens. We have watched the chickens grow from chicks to egg-laying chickens over the past year however their health and lives are currently at stake due to lack of food as our supplies have run out. Now we are seeing them get sick and some have died recently. Any amount will help to secure their wellbeing and have them continue to produce the eggs for the children, etc.

His Grace Orphans Ministry continues with it's empowering project for the children and others who did get the chance to go to school. This is being done by creating activities such as sewing dresses and clothes and creating fashion and design for young children, girls and women in the community. This will help the organization establish the IGA (Income Generated Activities) to the children in the future and for the stability of the organization, as well as helping to impact the lives of many people in their community.

Life is hard in many areas in Africa, with lack of funding for the well-being of many of it's people, with starvation and extreme heat causing famine and death. This can be hard for many to conceive here in America but it is real. I therefore ask that you find it in your heart to donate something to the cause so the children can have a place to learn and grow up in. They should know and feel that they are as important in life as any other young human being.
