Hippie Picnic Cookbook & Food Truck

My name is Nicole and I am working on making my dream become a reality to own and operate a food truck. I run a small catering business with the hopes and dreams to turn it into a food truck business that serves fresh, locally sourced, and delicious street gourmet food to local business parks, neighborhoods, and events in Minneapolis.
I would like to raise money for a down payment on a truck that I can refurbish and build into my dream kitchen on wheels.
My passion is bringing soul to each and every recipe I create and the gratification is sharing that with the people I serve. The satisfaction and pride that my meals are created with locally sourced ingredients is something that we all can feel good about. I strongly believe in supporting local small farms and businesses.

REVISED: All of the above mentioned is still my mission - I have just added a stepping stone of publishing my cookbook first as that goal is a little more attainable at this point in my journey. I am hoping to publish the Hippie Picnic Cookbook, A Collection of Recipes from the Soul very soon. The printing cost is what has made this challenging. I will be using what has already been donated as well as any future donations to get this collection printed and published. I cannot wait to share my recipes and stories with you.
