Hi my name is Venus I am 1 year and 4 months and I was involved in a hit and run yesterday October 10, 2023 around 6:30 PM I ran outside because I’m a very energetic and happy Puddle. When I crossed the street and got hit on my left side causing a fracture on my hip requiring surgery that costs a total of $4,500. The person who hit me took off and did not stop. Anything at this time will be helpful.
