Need Hip Replacement Surgery Laid Off due to COVID

I have swallowed my pride and started this gofundme campaign due to my immediate need for total hip replacement surgery on my right side.

I am used to donating to charities, helping friends in need throughout my life, but I was laid off in March due to COVID pandemic and was unable to qualify for unemployment assistance.  

I am a beauty advisor/salesperson in retail and am on my feet all day and started having difficulty with mobility.  I recently moved and slid on moving boxes in the garage and fell on the concrete floor on my side.

This prompted me to go to an orthopedist in April and my X-rays showed I have almost no cartilage left on my right side and have arthritis.  I was given a cortisone shot and that did not help at all.

My right leg is shorter than my left now and I am in constant pain and have developed a limp.  I can't exercise and can't walk my sweet puppy like I did before due to my hip giving out when I walk long distances. 

I cannot put this off any longer since I am not working and need to be constantly mobile once I am able to return to work.  

My deductible and total costs paid on my insurance policy are high and I will require rehab and 4-8 weeks to recover from the surgery.

Since I have no income due to the furlough and have no idea when I can return to work, I am asking for your help.
