To all my family, friends, friend of friends, colleagues and everyone that can help, this is my friend Gloria.  We have known each other for about 10 years now and she resides in El Salvador. She is struggling with medical care expenses, due to COVID-19 restrictions causing her business to shutdown for several months.  She moved into our house in Santa Tecla, because she could not continue to pay her own house until she got back on her feet, but now she is faced with another hip surgery, due to a fall earlier in the year when she broke her other hip. 

Gloria is a very proud person and it took a lot of begging her to allow me to do this for her, because has always been the provider in her family.  She is seeing her long time customers and trying to retain her cliental even when she is on crutches and in extreme pain.  Her hip surgery, physical therapy and medication costs is going to run over $10k. 

I know how difficult things are here for us in the US, but I can tell you that in underdeveloped countries things are a lot worse.  Anything you can donate is a blessing and God bless all of you who are willing to help a stranger in medical need.
