Hi, my name is Kim Clemence, I am coming to you all with hope and a humble heart. Brian Clemence aka Dad/Bupa is in dire need of a hip replacement.

Dad and Mom live in South Africa and unfortunately like so many elderly people there private medical is a luxury they can not afford.

Dad (Brian Clemence) has been suffering incredibly for the last 3 years and he's just about bed bound . We lost my sister 2 weeks ago and the pain of that, along with his hip, has brought a giant of a man to his knees.

We have been quoted approximately $10,000 for the operation in Gaiteng, South Africa.
