Hinterlander - Student Short Film

Hi my name is Will St John Butler and I’m promoting my film - Hinterlander. It’s about COVID and the effect it had on people my age. It follows a young man getting over his fear of death and lockdown isolation by befriending a ghost and teaching him to longboard. It will combine classic cinematic techniques with modern storytelling, and old school Halloween imagery with a heartfelt comedic edge. Think ‘Withnail and I’ meets ‘What we do in the Shadows.’
