Hi everyone! My name is Jonathan Earp, and for my Eagle Scout Project, I am launching a four-week after-school robotics program at Hillcrest Elementary School to introduce middle school students to STEM, programming, and engineering.
Many students at Hillcrest lack access to hands-on STEM opportunities, and my goal is to bridge this gap by providing an engaging, structured curriculum where students learn to design, build, and program robots. This program will spark curiosity, build teamwork skills, and equip students with foundational knowledge in robotics.
At the end of the program, I will donate all robotics kits, tools, and instructional materials to the school, ensuring that the initiative continues for future students.
To make this project a reality, I need your support! The funds raised will go toward purchasing robotics kits, microcontrollers, sensors, 3D printing materials, and other supplies needed to run the program effectively.
Your donation—big or small—will directly contribute to creating a sustainable STEM program that empowers students and fosters innovation.
