Hill & Damme Household Bills Crisis

My name is Taylor, formerly known as Quintin, I have been struggling to find work for quite some time and failing. The annual power bill is coming up and me and my roommates, one of whom is disabled, are unable to make the payment without help. If we cannot make the payment the disabled roommate will certainly be suffering daily seizures and my medical health will suffer without the ability to see the doctors.
