On October 29, 2025, Flynn Ganneval, a 19-year-old student at EM Lyon Business School, disappeared after a Halloween party in the Confluence district of Lyon, France.

He was last seen around 00:40 AM, near the clubs Le Azar and Le Sucre. He stepped away from his friends for just a moment — and never returned. Since that night, there has been no sign of Flynn.

For days, his friends, classmates, and volunteers have searched the streets, the riverbanks, and the neighborhoods.

Only the Austrian Embassy and the Consul in Lyon remain involved. Despite this, Flynn’s family refuses to give up. They have traveled from abroad to Lyon to continue the search on their own. They are living every parent’s worst nightmare — trapped between hope and heartbreak, doing everything possible to find their son.

Le 29 octobre 2025, Flynn Ganneval, un étudiant autrichien de 19 ans inscrit à l’EM Lyon Business School, a disparu après une soirée d’Halloween dans le quartier de la Confluence à Lyon.

Il a été vu pour la dernière fois vers 00h40, près des clubs Le Azar et Le Sucre. Il s’est éloigné un instant de ses amis… et depuis, plus aucune trace.

Pendant plusieurs jours, ses camarades, ses proches et des bénévoles ont organisé des recherches intensives.

Seule l’ambassade d’Autriche et le consul autrichien à Lyon continuent d’apporter leur aide.

Malgré tout, la famille de Flynn refuse d’abandonner. Ses parents et ses proches ont voyagé depuis l’étranger pour poursuivre la recherche eux-mêmes – un combat épuisant, coûteux, mais guidé par l’amour et l’espoir.

Am 29. Oktober 2025 verschwand der 19-jährige Flynn Ganneval, Student an der EM Lyon Business School, nach einer Halloween-Feier im Viertel La Confluence in Lyon.

Er wurde zuletzt gegen 00:40 Uhr in der Nähe der Clubs Le Azar und Le Sucre gesehen. Er hatte sich nur kurz von seinen Freunden entfernt – und kam nie zurück.

Seitdem fehlt jede Spur. Seine Freunde und Kommilitonen haben tagelang gesucht, Plakate verteilt und sich an die Polizei gewandt.

Nur die österreichische Botschaft und der Konsul in Lyon helfen weiterhin.

Trotzdem gibt Flynns Familie nicht auf. Sie sind aus dem Ausland angereist, um vor Ort selbst nach ihm zu suchen – in der Hoffnung, endlich Antworten zu finden.
