Hilda Navarrete-Avila’s Boys Emergency Fund

Hi Everyone, my name is Francisco (Paco) Wence and I am the oldest son of Hilda Navarrete- Avila. Hilda Navarrete-Avila was a young selfless, spirited woman with many dreams. She loved her family to the moon and back and worked very hard for her four boys. If you know Hilda, you knew her boys. They were intertwined deeply with all that she did - day in and out. The boys was all she had and what kept her motivated to work so hard in the food industry. She loved to cook as she did that not only for work, but as a hobby. During her time, she worked for various restaurants and food trucks. Recently, she shared that her dream was to open up her very own Taco truck with the assistance of her boys. We joked around and wanted it to be called “Paco’s Tacos”. She had that sense of humor. Always filled with a smiled and laughter around friends and family. Future wise, she was eager to become a grandma and experience grandkids. She wanted to be a full time grandma. In the very little free time she had, she loved to take walks at the Marina, attend church services, cook family dinners, and spend time with her boys.

Tragically, on December 6th, 2020 at the age of 49 years old - Hilda lost her long month battle with COVID-19. She fought hard for her boys while away, but ultimately was called home to be with the Lord and her mother, Maria Ramona Avila and brother, Cornelio Avila.

Hilda Navarrete-Avila is survived by her four boys Paco (25), Cesar (19), Jamie (15), and Emiliano (7). As many of you know, Hilda was a single mom who worked hard to maintain her boys. Unfortunately, her loss has brought forth a great financial burden upon Paco (25). We are asking for your support to help with the overwhelming funeral cost as well as transitioning all three boys under the care and into the home of her oldest son, Paco. Every donation will assist Paco’s family during this difficult time. Donations will go towards services related to the funeral and into the boys funds for needs related to school activities, emergencies, basic needs, etc.

Hilda Navarrete-Ávila era una joven desinteresada y enérgica con muchos sueños. Amaba a su familia hasta la luna y de regreso y trabajaba muy duro para sus cuatro hijos. Si conoces a Hilda, conocías a sus chicos. Estaban profundamente entrelazados con todo lo que hacía, día tras día. Los chicos eran todo lo que tenía y lo que la mantenía motivada para trabajar tan duro en la industria alimentaria. Le encantaba cocinar ya que lo hacía no solo por trabajo, sino como pasatiempo. Durante su tiempo, trabajó para varios restaurantes y camiones de comida. Recientemente, ella compartió que su sueño era abrir su propio camión de tacos con la ayuda de sus hijos. Bromeamos y queríamos que se llamara "Tacos de Paco". Tenía ese sentido del humor. Siempre lleno de sonrisas y risas en torno a amigos y familiares. En cuanto al futuro, estaba ansiosa por convertirse en abuela y tener nietos. Quería ser abuela a tiempo completo. En el poco tiempo libre que tenía, le encantaba hablar de paseos en la Marina, asistir a los servicios religiosos, preparar cenas familiares y pasar tiempo con sus hijos. Hilda vivió y respiró por sus hijos hasta su último aliento.

Trágicamente, el 6 de diciembre de 2020 a la edad de 49 años, Hilda perdió su larga batalla de un mes con COVID-19. Ella luchó duro por sus hijos mientras estaba fuera, pero finalmente fue llamada a casa para estar con el Señor y su madre, María Ramona Ávila y su hermano, Cornelio Ávila.

Hilda Navarrete- Avila le sobreviven sus cuatro hijos Paco (25), Cesar (19), Jamie (15) y Emiliano (7). Como muchos de ustedes saben, Hilda era una madre soltera que trabajaba duro para mantener a sus hijos. Desafortunadamente, su pérdida ha supuesto una gran carga financiera para Paco (25). Pedimos su apoyo para ayudar con el abrumador costo del funeral, así como para la transición de los tres niños bajo el cuidado de su hijo mayor, Paco y su novia. Cada donación ayudará a la familia de Paco durante este momento difícil.
