Hilary's Rest has been set up in memory of our beautiful Wife, Mum, Sister, Nana and friend, Hilary Spindler, who sadly passed away on the 28th December 2018 after a courageous fight with bowel cancer. 

Hilary meant so much to many people and so we wanted everyone to have the opportunity to contribute towards a special place for friends, relatives and strangers to share in her memory. 

Our idea is to look at commissioning a bench for Hilary - Hilary's Rest - in Dinton Pastures Country Park.

Dinton Pastures is a place that Hilary and her family spent many happy times in, often in the company of the family dogs - Tipsy and Sasha. Our hope is that with this bench, Hilary will become part of this beautiful landscape which will be there for other families and walkers to rest and enjoy for many years to come. 

Any remaining money raised will be donated to Bowel Cancer UK, to help to save the lives and improve the quality of life and support to all those affected by bowel cancer in the UK. 

Thank you for supporting this special cause - it is close to our hearts and we are so grateful.  Hilary will always be on our minds, and will forever be in our hearts.
